He will work closely with DLR Group's designers and Higher Education Practice Leaders across the country to strategize business development efforts, identify collegiate and professional prospects and promote DLR Group sports design.
Berst is a proven business development professional. Most recently he served as a commercial sales executive for higher education institutions.

Berst earned his MBA from the University of North Carolina, Wilmington and his bachelor of science degree in journalism from the University of Kansas. He is a member of the Kansas City Sports Commission and Foundation.
