    Excellent article. I think the challenge we all have is to contemplate what the right blend of choices should be. The mix of personality types would likely shift over time and therefore we need to be driven by some kind of educated guess at an average based upon the culture of the organization rather than a data driven analysis of the current mix. Our need to create a solution with a long shelf-life requires this, not to mention the fact that most organizations are poor at allocating the resources and energy to reviewing and adjusting their workplace performance over time.
