“I was originally drawn to architecture because of my fascination of the tie between psychology and how people react to the built environment.”

Amy specializes in the restoration of historic structures and is an experienced project manager and specifications writer for a variety of project types. Working closely with clients, she has successfully led teams to deliver complex, phased projects.

“To me, most aspects of architectural practice boil down to good communication. I can’t think of anything that can’t be achieved if we express ourselves well and thoughtfully listen to others – that is, communicate.”

As a Certified Construction Specifier, Amy enjoys being closely involved in a project’s design and documentation. She has worked in every phase of project development from programming, planning, and design to documentation and construction administration. As a LEED Accredited Professional, Amy promotes LEED practices and assists in the certification process.
