“I knew I wanted to be an architect ever since I started designing doll houses as a child. After teaching preschool over summer breaks, I decided designing schools would be the perfect focus for me.”
Carmen is a project manager and architect specializing in K-12 educational facilities. She works closely with her clients to create schools that encourage student engagement and support problem-based learning. Carmen’s creativity and problem solving skills allow her to approach each project with fresh ideas that positively impact students and our environment; an effort that she continues through her volunteer work on the Arizona School Facilities Board.
