Since beginning his career in 1991, Jim has worked on a variety of building types including mixed-use residential, higher education, aviation, sports, military, municipal and commercial buildings.
As one of DLR Group’s sustainability leaders, he provides guidance and management of the documented validation of the buildings’ sustainability goals. He counsels team members on the understanding of requirements for LEED and WELL Building projects, advises on the certification process, and coordinates consultants’ performance in accordance with established requirements.

In his role as Sustainability Coordinator, Jim works closely with the project team to ensure that all sustainability goals are met and documented. Jim also coordinates and leads eco-charettes to generate sustainable design goals as well as strategies to accomplish those goals.
