Kathleen leads business development for the Cultural and Performing Arts Studio in the western United States. She understands that trust is earned and should be protected through honest and candid dialogue. At the core of her client interactions is a relationship built through communication to clearly understand the dreams and desires of her clients and how design can address and meet their need.
“I understand that a project can often be the most important thing going on in a client’s professional life. If I’m giving them my full attention, listening carefully to understand their needs, then my ability to provide a client with the right resources to accomplish their dream can be realized.”
Kathleen is a member of the Western Museum Association and the Arizona Association for Economic Development (AAED). She is committed to professional growth; attending workshops and seminars to bolster and broaden her skill set. She is also a frequent guest speaker at industry events and is a Toastmaster; holding the designation of Competent Communicator.
