Penny leads brand communications and public relations efforts for the firm's Higher Education, K-12 Education, and Sports studios, working closely with integrated design teams to bring the story behind their project to life. She is responsible for promoting DLR Group design expertise to national audiences through traditional and digital media outlets, industry organizations, and social media platforms.

When she's not working, Penny can be found on a beach or a dive site in the Caribbean. Her perfect vacation day includes scuba diving, relaxing on the beach, and enjoying a beautiful sunset while dining on local cuisine.
