“The most meaningful compliment I received in my career came from a client team on how I handled discussions with the company President as we designed their new corporate headquarters. The client appreciated that I had a strong ability to really hear what the President wanted, and translate his vision into a design solution that all parties could feel good about. They also commented that I exhibit the ability to not necessarily give the President what he asked for — but rather what he wanted. It’s moments like these that I feel successful.”
