Tracey is a Commissioning Expert and Project Manager with over 25 years of experience. She has performed Building System Commissioning of HVAC, plumbing systems, and fire protection systems for commercial buildings, school districts, universities, state, local, and federal agencies. Her experience includes commissioning chilled water-cooling, boiler/ heating water, steam, packaged rooftop systems, constant volume, and VAV distribution systems, and fire protection and alarm systems.

Tracey oversees and develops process and procedures for the commissioning team, and goes out into the field to perform commissioning services. In her role as a Commissioning Project Manager, she plans and coordinates the complex and diverse activities undertaken to ensure the delivery of your building in accordance with the design objectives and operational requirements.
She is extremely active in industry organizations, sitting on the board for the SW Building Commissioning Association (BCA) and serving as a past president for the Rocky Mountain Society of Women Engineers (SWE) as well as a society Senator, representing the Southeast region.
