Traci is responsible for Human Resources functions within DLR Group. She develops and coordinates benefit programs, employment policies and practices, and compliance for the firm. She works with leadership and with professional staff to provide guidance and understanding of employee benefits and insurance programs.
Traci is a member of the Society for Human Resources (SHRM) and Human Resources of the Midlands (HRAM). She also represents DLR Group on the AIA Human Resources Large Firm Roundtable.
