Celebrated hotel and brand management company Dream Hotel Group has announced plans to debut its flagship lifestyle brand Dream Hotels in Las Vegas with a free-standing 450-room luxury property on the Las Vegas Strip. Designed by DLR Group in collaboration with McCarthy Building Companies, Inc., the 21-story boutique luxury hotel tower will feature a diverse mix of dramatic entertainment venues distributed vertically throughout a composition of roof decks and terraces that bridge the new hotel towers. Set to open in 2023, the contemporary design will feature a glass and metal façade boasting radiused corners, spacious double-height terraces, oversized windows, and a unique aerodynamic character influenced by its context. When complete, Dream Hotel Las Vegas, with its world-class hospitality and iconic architecture, will offer unmatched dining and nightlife providing a one-stop, highly energized destination in the heart of Sin City.

“We’re thrilled to be a part of this project team. Our collective design experience at DLR Group has helped us transform the traditional hotel model and spin it in a way that adds drama and a dynamic composition to the hotel,” said DLR Group Principal Brian Murch, AIA.  “Dream Las Vegas will bring a unique boutique destination to the Strip once complete in 2023.”

Dream Las Vegas will feature 450 stylish guest rooms and suites; seven highly-activated dining and nightlife venues, including a rooftop nightclub, pool deck and lounge;  three feature restaurants; two additional bar and lounge concepts on the gaming floor; and a grab-and-go café on the street level, as well as 12,000 SF of private meeting and event space, a full-service spa and fitness center, and on-site parking.

The signing of Dream Las Vegas with local developers Contour and Shopoff Realty Investments marks an exciting new chapter in the continued growth and expansion of the company and its namesake lifestyle brand Dream Hotels. Centrally located on Las Vegas Blvd., across the street from Mandalay Bay Resort and Bali Hai Golf Club, Dream Las Vegas will be one of the first hotel properties seen from the iconic Welcome to Las Vegas sign. The site is adjacent to the private aviation terminal at McCarran International Airport, two short blocks from the new Allegiant Stadium the future home of the NFL's Raiders franchise and nearby T-Mobile Arena home to the NHL Vegas Golden Knights. Dream Las Vegas is well-situated to capitalize on the southward compression of new Las Vegas developments, as well as the numerous hotels and casinos along S. Las Vegas Blvd., catering to local residents and hotel guests alike.
