Rickey brings more than 10 years of experience in the A/E/C industry, previously specializing in business development for engineering services. Her passion is building lasting relationships with clients and school district leaders through community involvement and engagement.

Rickey is committed to making a difference through active participation in industry and community organizations. She is currently a member of the Association for Learning Environments, a professional organization whose mission is to create better learning environments for all students, as well as CREW Dallas, a network for women in commercial real estate.
