Peter is a change expert. His experience guiding school leaders and educators to implement change will enrich DLR Group’s K-12 offerings to our clients. He brings to the team a passion for engaging organizations in creating a culture of learning and continuous improvement.”
“My aim is to help teachers understand the current context of the world that students are living in, and the skills that will prepare them for work and life-long learning,” said Dry. “Pedagogy is the door to creating future-ready students, and leadership is the key to unlock it.”
Dry is a regular presenter at conferences around the world, and is co-founder of The Simunye Project, a non-profit organization that grows the leadership capacity of young adults to positively impact underprivileged communities in South Africa. In addition to his work in education, Dry has consulted with multiple corporations to help them create and live their change mission to ensure sustainable growth and success.
