Carmen has performed aspects of electrical engineering on a wide variety of project types including new and existing education, governmental, healthcare, cultural, retail, hospitality, and mission critical facilities. He utilizes client goals, project criteria, budget, and conceptual estimates to establish a basis of design to meet client’s needs. Leveraging over 10 years of experience, he is able to perform value engineering and return on investment analysis.
Carmen’s experience spans development of load studies and electric utility service calculations. He has designed and specified all electrical building components including: utility service equipment and power distribution, emergency and standby power systems, building lighting and load shedding control systems, fire alarms, and security and communications systems.
