Danile is the Higher Education Leader in New York. She leads projects throughout the northeast and mentors architects to be global designers who embrace sustainable, resilient, and budget responsible practices. Her experience includes the development of campus master plans, and ground-up builds of progressive research, educational, laboratory, and healthcare environments.
Through a team-focused process, she is committed to the design of progressive educational spaces that embrace the whole student and faculty experience. Danile’s architectural project approach emphasizes the advancement of long life-loose fit laboratory development fostering livable environments by leveraging a collaborative planning, design, and construction process.

Danile is actively involved in the Society for College and University Planning, American Institute of Architects, and the Lean Construction Institute. As a past co-chair of the Lean Construction Institute NYC Chapter, she promotes Lean principles and processes for team building, problem solving and value driven solutions.
