Emily leads business development efforts from the firm’s Charlotte, North Carolina office. She collaborates with design teams to meet the educational facility needs of school districts and institutions across the southeast region of the country. She embraces her role as an active listener, bringing together design experts and stakeholders to deliver the best possible outcome for all learners.
Emily entered college as a fine arts major but transferred and graduated from business school to fulfill her love for problem-solving and leadership. On this path, Emily has blended her passion for building relationships and designing creative solutions into a successful career. She builds on her involvement in various associations to gain insight into community trends that shape the experience of students and educators. Emily volunteers with A Child’s Place, Guilford County Schools, and Wreaths Across America. She also is an active member of Association for Learning Environments.
