Kwame leads business development efforts for the K-12 Education studio, a role that allows him to develop and maintain strategic partnerships that advance brand awareness, firm growth, and client retention. Based in Washington, D.C., Kwame is responsible for establishing new relationships and managing existing clients to build the firm’s K-12 Education practice on the east coast. He is intimately familiar with local school district and community needs, having spent the majority of his business development career in the K-12 marketplace in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.
Kwame’s father, who built a successful architecture firm from the ground up, influenced his decision to explore a career in the design industry.
