Lenore is responsible for accounting and financial administration. She works with senior leadership, practice leaders, and client leaders to produce and monitor project financials, accounts payable and receivable, and expense reporting.
With a background in multiple methods of construction delivery, Lenore is an asset to project teams assisting with budget tracking, contracts, consultant activity, and billing to ensure delivery of projects on time and within budget. She also is responsible for new employee orientation and communication of benefit programs to staff in Chicago and Minneapolis.
Lenore joined DLR Group in 2002.
