Molly is DLR Group’s Chief Human Resources Officer, based in the Minneapolis office. She leads a team responsible for benefits; compliance; equity, diversity, and inclusion initiatives; performance management; and talent acquisition. She works with executive leadership, studio and office leadership, and with employee-owners to develop high performing teams in DLR Group offices around the globe.
