“The arena of design allows me to be involved in projects of varying scales – from buildings to cities, and campuses to communities. It also presents the opportunity to work collaboratively with design teams and clients to creatively address problems and make a meaningful impact on the built environment.”
As an architect, planner, and urban designer, Yogesh works closely with DLR Group’s integrated design teams to deliver complex master planning, campus planning, urban design, and large-scale redevelopment solutions for clients nationwide. Yogesh’s experience includes working with a wide spectrum of clients including federal, state, and local governments; higher educational institutions; developers; communities; and stakeholders involving collaborations across multiple disciplines and cultures. This background makes him adept in navigating complex challenges of planning, design, policy, and real estate development.
“Every design intervention is an opportunity to set a high bar and make a difference to reduce our environmental footprint and address social and economic challenges."
Yogesh is a board member at Green Building United, a green building advocacy and education organization, and is involved with the community and economic development local council at ULI Philadelphia. He celebrates his Indo-American heritage by remaining active in multi-cultural organizations in his local community.
