Epsilon - Catapault Minneapolis45 South Seventh Street, Suite 3100
Minneapolis, MN 55402
Design Achievement - This project consolidates the Minneapolis offices of global marketing leader Epsilon and Catapult, its award-winning conversion marketing agency business. Triggers for the relocation included a need for expansion, along with a desire for a work environment that better suited work process and culture. DLR Group's design melds Catapult’s local branding, culture, and functional needs, and infuses the space with components of the overarching Epsilon brand. The environment offers a variety of both collaborative and heads-down work settings as well as client and community spaces equipped with hospitality amenities and technology that allow for a variety of individual and group settings. With the office located on the upper floors of a high-rise building, all staff work areas have access to daylight and views. Private offices are located inboard for maximum transparency throughout the work environment, while a variety of meeting venues accommodate both scheduled and impromptu encounters. A clean and contemporary aesthetic sets stage for creative thinking and collaboration, while unique art, graphics and furnishings reinforce the creative agency atmosphere.
Scope Summary - This project relocated the offices of two related marketing and branding agencies into 29,000 SF on two floors of a Class A office tower in downtown Minneapolis. The program included a variety of work settings to accommodate both individual and collaborative work. A consolidated conference center is located immediately adjacent to the main lobby with meeting and huddle rooms dispersed throughout the office environment. As an agency whose clients include many food companies, the reception area/ conference center incorporates a coffee bar that doubles as a test kitchen, allowing for product demonstrations and an enhanced client experience. A connecting stair leads from the reception area to the dedicated employee breakroom and work areas above. Unique art, graphics and furnishings further reinforce the creative nature of the space. DLR Group provided full programming, interior design and construction administration services, including FF&E selection, on this project.
