Design Achievement - Previously officing in separate buildings, Epsilon – a global marketing company – sought to increase spontaneous interaction by moving to a new vertically integrated campus. DLR Group|Staffelbach’s design defines distinct identities for each floor, crafting a sense of belonging in the expansive new space. The floors’ identities are based on the company’s key market locations. While every floor has a similar layout of four quadrants housing account-based teams, colors and a naming structure provide wayfinding cues: floor three is San Francisco, with Pier 39, Nob Hill, Greenwich Steps, and Paxton Gate neighborhoods and the Arcade work café. Distinctive work cafes serve as identifying landmarks on each floor. A range of seating options from high-top to lounge support the notion that these are places where individual preference and choice are supported. Aside from encouraging the best work among high-skilled employees, the office caters to Epsilon’s clients, who represent many of the largest, most recognizable brands in the world. A Customer Experience Center greets clients on the ground floor, where a welcoming reception rotunda leads to a gallery space flanked by pitch-enabled conference and meeting rooms. Clear glass walls become opaque with the flip of a switch to protect client’s intellectual property from view. Epsilon’s newly integrated office creates compelling spaces for employees and clients alike.

Scope Summary - The 222,000 SF workplace spans seven floors. Desking for 1,000 employees is complemented by ample collaboration spaces and a client-facing Customer Experience Center. Wellbeing oriented amenities include work cafes, a full servery providing healthy eating options, and an employee fitness center. DLR Group|Staffelbach provided full interior design services from predesign through construction administration including space planning, FF&E, signage/environmental graphics, and technology coordination.
