Andy leads operations in our Charlotte, Kansas City, and Orlando offices, with oversight of firm operations, client services, and staff development. He joined DLR Group in 1995 and has collaborated with hundreds of K-12 school districts, impacting countless students, teachers, administrators, and staff.

Ian is a multifaceted designer specializing in K-12 education projects ranging from early learning centers to high schools. He is passionate about creating future-ready learning environments that inspire student engagement and support the diverse physical, neurological, and social needs of both learners and educators.

Josh leads engineering operations for the Southeast region. He works with clients and design teams to provide appropriate power, lighting, and special systems on each project.

Amber serves a dual role as client leader and project manager for K-12 Education clients and communities in Arkansas, Kansas, Louisiana, Missouri, and Oklahoma. She manages new construction projects as well as significant renovations and additions on campuses with continuous operation of the school during construction.
