Darrell leads the firm's Justice and Civic sectors. He has dedicated his career to the design of justice facilities that elevate behavioral, environmental, and social betterment, resulting in healing, equity, and transformation for the individual and community.

Andrew is one of the most respected justice facility architects in the United States, recognized nationally and internationally for the design and planning of court, and correctional and detention facilities. He has more than 45 years of experience working with clients at the federal, state, and municipal level, and extensive experience in California and the West Coast.

Dan collaborates with key influencers and decision-makers throughout Federal project pursuits. He is a connector, building critical relationships between DLR Group, industry partners, and Federal clients to deliver projects for multiple clients in the Federal market.

Jake is a recognized expert in the design of public safety facilities that meet the changing needs of local communities. Jake managed the design of the first LEED Gold police facility in the United States; integrating sustainable design into public safety facilities is a hallmark of his career.

Martin leads the Justice+Civic studio from the Omaha office. He has devoted his professional career to working with municipal, state, and federal clients to advance the innovation and delivery of justice facilities.

Larry serves as a Justice+Civic Leader. His experience spans police stations, training facilities, 911 communication centers, crime labs, adult secure treatment facilities, and courthouses.

Erica leads operations in our Seattle and Portland, with oversight of firm operations, client services, and staff development. With over two decades of experience at DLR Group, she has collaborated with hundreds of clients, impacting outcomes for healing, transformation, and equity within the justice systems.

Lori acts as Planning Leader for the firm’s Justice+Civic sector. She is responsible for programming and planning public safety centers, courts, police and sheriff stations, dispatch centers, and adult secure treatment facilities.

Chris serves as a Justice+Civic Leader for DLR Group. He specializes in the planning and design of justice-related facilities, and has contributed to several award-winning designs, including the County of Kings Superior Court and the George C. Young Federal Building Renovation.

Working from our Austin, Texas office, April serves as a Justice+Civic Leader for DLR Group. Her experience spans public safety facilities, municipal complexes, adult secure treatment facilities, and courthouses.

Todd leads the planning and design of courthouses across the country with a special interest in creating functional and dignified courtroom spaces.

Rob serves as a Justice+Civic Client Leader out of the New York office and is engaged in all aspects of design-builds, master planning, renovations, and expansions of courts, criminal justice, public safety, and civic facilities.
