Defining a Practice
“Shanghai Long Beach Observation Tower was my first project at DLR Group. It’s going to be a great public building for the citizens of Shanghai with a 120-meter office tower, a 360-key 5 Star hotel, a 180-meter observation tower, a 1,200-seat concert hall, and 9,000 square meters of retail with an aquarium. We say we ‘elevate human experience through design,’ and we worked to do that from the very first sketch.”See all Architecture roles
Meet our People
Our sector, discipline, and executive leaders are dispersed to mentor the next generation of employee-owners, counsel clients, and share their design voice in their local communities.
The concept of ownership, its importance to our culture, and the immense benefits are rather simple. Driven by opportunity, we make decisions that impact not only our success but also that of our clients and partners.
