Based in the Houston studio, Shearer is responsible for expanding the firm’s manufacturing and industrial portfolio across Texas while leading clients through the design process and fostering a team culture of design excellence, collaboration, and innovation through mentorship.
With more than 15 years of experience, Shearer is a leading voice in industrial and manufacturing design. His portfolio includes Megaacrete’s Aerated Autoclaved Concrete facility in Kerrville, Texas, and the office relocation for the Consulate General of Mexico in Houston. He is passionate about industrial spaces and champions environments that prioritize safety, clarity, and durability, places where essential work happens, and design makes a tangible difference. His work reflects a simple but powerful idea: design endures, and when done right, it elevates everyday experiences.
