Eileen Gottemoeller Joins DLR Group as Healthcare Leader
(Seattle, Nov. 25, 2025) – DLR Group welcomes Eileen Gottemoeller, AIA, EDAC, as senior associate and healthcare leader in the Northwest. With over 15 years of experience in healthcare architecture and medical planning, Gottemoeller brings a vast knowledge of facility design, strategic planning, and user-centered design to the firm’s growing healthcare sector.
In her new role, Gottemoeller will lead efforts to expand DLR Group’s healthcare portfolio across the Northwest, aligning with the firm’s mission to deliver design excellence that positively impact patients, staff, and communities. Her approach centers on connecting the people who work in healthcare environments with the teams who design them – ensuring that every project reflects the needs and voices of its users.
Her previous role at Providence Health Services oversaw facility planning for nine hospitals and more than 400 clinics in the Puget Sound region. Her national experience as a medical planner and healthcare architect has shaped her belief that successful projects prioritize people and foster meaningful collaboration.
She holds a Master of Architecture in Health and Wellness from the University of Kansas and a Bachelor of Architectural Studies from the University of Missouri, an accredited interior design program. As a licensed architect in Washington and EDAC-certified, Gottemoeller is driven by curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning – qualities that align with DLR Group’s culture of innovation and growth.
