(Dubai, UAE, June 23, 2025) – DLR Group has announced the official signing of a landmark agreement with Rua Al Madinah Holding Company to provide design consultancy services for the Dar Al Hijrah Master Plan in Madinah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

​Situated just three kilometers from Al Masjid Al Nabawi, Dar Al Hijrah is envisioned as a next-generation mixed-use development and a key component of the city’s transformation into a world-class cultural and hospitality destination. The signing marks a significant milestone in realizing Rua Al Madinah Holding’s commitment to elevating the urban, social, and economic landscape of Madinah.
