It serves as the host of the Heritage Invitational, an event that brings the sport’s most passionate collectors, racers, and enthusiasts together for a three-day automotive event.

Designed to complement Ten Tenths’ world-class road course, the clubhouse delivers a contemporary, hospitality-driven setting that places members at the center of the action. Elevated directly above the track, the flexible indoor-outdoor event space features large pivot doors that open the ballroom to expansive terraces, creating seamless transitions between gathering, dining, and vehicle exhibition. The result is an immersive experience where architecture frames the motion, sound, and spectacle of the course below.

A refined material palette of solid wood, redwood accents, and custom finishes distinguishes the clubhouse from traditional motorsports venues while aligning with the expectations of a luxury automotive clientele. Acoustic strategies were integrated early in the design to preserve intimacy and comfort despite the proximity to the track. The 20,894-SF clubhouse accommodates subdividable event space for up to 1,000 guests, supported by a catering kitchen, indoor-outdoor ballroom functions, and raised terraces overlooking the racecourse.
