As people return to the physical workplace, office buildings will need to respond with enhanced building features, from amenities to technology to infrastructure. Tenants want to do more with less and developer pro formas are changing.

We discussed the future with tenants, developer, landlord and operator partners across the nation, and a theme emerged: connection.
