Heather brings her collaborative spirit to projects across DLR Group’s diverse portfolio, contributing to design solutions for the firm’s K-12 Education, Sports, and Workplace Studios. Throughout each project, she strives to inform clients on the benefits of sustainable design, from economics and reduced environmental impact to impacts on healthy living. Examples of Heather’s work include the Omaha Henry Doorly Zoo and Aquarium’s Education Building, the University of Virginia’s Baseball Stadium renovation, and the new Nebraska Organ Recovery Headquarters building.

Todd has over a decade of experience in mechanical engineering and performing energy modeling analysis for LEED certification, federal tax incentives, and energy optimization. He is proficient in the design of new mechanical systems for facilities as well as in-depth analysis of existing facilities.

Adam is an architect whose dual focus in higher education and healthcare position him as a strong collaborative partner for institutional clients across the Midwest. He is also a citizen architect, active in his community and a Council of Independent Nebraska Colleges Foundation board member.

Scott is an architect and project manager. He has special expertise in managing technical projects for trade and utility providers, including operations centers, service centers, training centers, and headquarters.
