​​​​Alex is a versatile project manager with 10 years ​of experience spanning public safety, aviation, and ​education markets. He also leads our Orlando studio, instilling our values in its culture, operations, and community outreach.

Ronok leads operations in our Charlotte, Kansas City, and Orlando offices, with oversight of firm operations, client services, and staff development. Her knowledge and development of government functions and facilities creates innovative, high-performing environments for both the client and user.

Nicole is a registered architect who has focused her career on educational projects. She is fully vested in a project from the inception of the client relationship. Being active from schematic design through construction documents allows her to reaffirm every client's satisfaction with the delivery of the final solution. Nicole is highly proficient with the Building Information Modeling (BIM) software Revit and the 3-D modeling software Sketch-Up, which allows her clients to visualize a space before their project is built.

Chris serves as a Justice+Civic Leader for DLR Group. He specializes in the planning and design of justice-related facilities, and has contributed to several award-winning designs, including the County of Kings Superior Court and the George C. Young Federal Building Renovation.
