Office and Retail Building Takes Shape in WeHo

The concrete frame of a mixed-use office and retail building is now taking shape in West Hollywood.

The project, which is being developed by local property owner Michael Talla, is located on a previously vacant lot at 8550 Santa Monica Boulevard.  Plans call for a three-story edifice featuring a 25,000-SF Sprouts Market and a 1,500-SF cafe, capped by 16,000 SF of creative offices on the second floor and parking at the roof level.
