Transparency is the New Currency in Sustainable Construction

gb&d magazine explores how transparency and sustainability are reshaping the construction industry, spotlighting a few recent projects. One of those is our innovative work at Swarthmore College. The new dining and community commons is designed with mass timber, aligning with Swarthmore’s goal of becoming a carbon-neutral campus by 2035. The project, one of the first mass timber higher education buildings in the U.S., saved nearly 300 metric tons of CO₂ emissions compared to traditional steel construction.
