Mass Timber is Becoming a More Common Design Choice for DLR Group

Building upon DLR Group’s extensive portfolio of T3 mass timber office projects as a part of a decade-long partnership with global real estate developer Hines, the firm has expanded its portfolio into new market types with the unveiling of Common Pine Hotel, in Truckee, Calif., and 9th and High, in Columbus, Ohio.

Once constructed, Common Pine will be the first mass timber hotel in the Lake Tahoe region and 9th and High will be the U.S.’s tallest mass timber student housing development.
