Gretchen is a talented interior designer known for her industry expertise and mentorship of young professionals. A leader in the firm’s Kansas City Studio, she is elevating interior design locally and nationally. With more than 25 years of interior design experience, Gretchen appreciates the unique intricacies of each space and creates interior design solutions that support a campus’ vision, mission, and goals. She has worked with public colleges, and state and private institutions to design a variety of spaces that enhance learning and contribute to a student’s social development.

Benjamin is an architect who focuses primarily on education facility design from our firm’s Denver studio. He believes that great architecture connects to its environment and supports the users and visitors of the space. He applied this design thinking to the new Arapahoe Community College Castle Rock Collaboration Campus, a project that brings together educational, business, and community elements to enable delivery of higher education, career/technical training, and workforce training in Castle Rock, Colorado.

As Campus Planning Leader, Maggie directs the firm’s campus planning initiatives from our Orlando studio. With more than a decade of experience as a planning consultant and higher education administrator, she has collaborated with over 65 institutions on master plans, space utilization assessments, capital budgets, and building programs. Maggie believes that campus planning should lead to capital priorities that maximize the impact of each dollar spent. Her collaborative approach invites stakeholders to understand data, wrestle with resource constraints, and shape a shared vision, resulting in exciting and implementable priorities.
