Architecture and Interiors

Lavida Tower Residences, strategically situated in Baghdad’s renowned residential western area, is a mixed-use complex that offers novel urban living. Our design’s purpose is to introduce a fresh lifestyle and architectural paradigm to the neighborhood, with approximately 58,000 SM of gross floor area, accommodating a total of 285 residential units.

The interior design concept draws inspiration from earthly elements’ flexibility, strength, and repetition. The resulting residential towers are thus envisioned as urban icons and a foundation for future developments. The interior finishing blends natural elements, elegant materials, and functional features to establish a harmonious and comfortable living environment.

The project includes 13 types of apartments uniquely designed to cater to various preferences and lifestyles. Various configurations include three-bedroom, four-bedroom, and six duplex layouts for five-bedroom residences. The retail component encompasses 3,000 SM designated for retail, dining, and public services catering to residents and the broader community. Additionally, a dedicated 2,000-SM area is dedicated to resident-exclusive services and facilities.
