Sean leads business development efforts for the Hospitality, Retail/Mixed Use, Workplace and Justice+Civic market sectors in Arizona. Prior to joining DLR Group, Sean was an economic development leader in Northern Arizona, where he managed business attraction, retention and marketing efforts for the City of Flagstaff. His marketing, business, and civic experience gives him a well-rounded, holistic view of the marketplace and a keen sense of leading-edge trends in the built environment.

Tom is a core leader of the structural engineering team, working with teams across the country to deliver projects in a variety of markets. With experience in non-traditional and complex projects, Tom has mastered the art of integrated design team collaboration.

Peter guides the firm in fulfilling its vision to elevate the human experience through design, instilling DLR Group’s integrated design process in every design team. He has more than 20 years of experience in the architectural field, focusing on the design of complex and high-profile performing arts centers for professional and higher education clients.

Carmen is a project manager and architect specializing in K-12 educational facilities. She works closely with her clients to create schools that encourage student engagement and support problem-based learning. Carmen’s creativity and problem solving skills allow her to approach each project with fresh ideas that positively impact students and our environment; an effort that she continues through her volunteer work on the Arizona School Facilities Board.
