As a former administrator, she has opened new campuses that utilize inquiry-based learning and applied her doctoral research in educational leadership to inspire growth, personalized learning, and innovative design experiences.

Juliana collaborates with educators and administrators to meet the unique educational needs within a school district. She is a strategic partner to both school administrators and design teams for needs assessments, community engagement, bond planning, and design solutions to deliver robust learning experiences for both students and educators.

Vanessa is a K-12 designer who focuses her energy and passions on the design intent of what her clients want and need. Vanessa takes the clients' goals and directions and composes them into a unified concept. As a designer, Vanessa excels in working with clients to draw out their dreams and desires during the charrette process and interpreting those contents into a clear design theme.
