DLR Group to Present Second Session at CCFC 30th Annual Conference

Join our team at the upcoming Community College Facility Coalition 30th Annual Conference in Sacramento, California.

Senior Associate and Architect, Jason Jewell, AIA will be presenting a session titled, “Get the Best of Both Worlds: A Two-Step Design-Build Process”. He will be accompanied by co-presenters Winston Bao with LPA Design Studios, Mark Heit with Swinerton, and Jim Rogers and Samir Shah with Chaffey Community College District.

The session will explore the advantages of the two-step design-build process, using Chaffey Community College District’s experiences as case studies. It will cover how the district utilized this process across multiple campuses and projects, engaging in a healthy shared governance process with criteria architects in step-one and designing projects quickly and on-budget with their design-build teams in step-two.

Jason’s session will be on the second day of the conference, Tuesday, November 7, from 11 AM – 12:15 PM.
