(San Francisco, Calif., October 10, 2023) – DLR Group has launched Development Management Services, a new strategic advisory offering, supporting all facets and components of real estate development. Kristina Feller joined DLR Group to lead Development Management Services and works from the San Francisco office, providing DLR Group clients around the world with strategic planning, portfolio, and asset management expertise to develop financial and funding strategies.

Development Management Services is a strategic advisory offering that works alongside client teams to perform due diligence and comprehensively assess risks, real estate opportunities and portfolios and financial impacts to strategic plans. The service offers solutions that result in the best possible return on investment for our clients.

Kristina’s specialization in global real estate development, management and finance allows her to engage with clients and investors during the prospecting, pre-investment, pre-design, and prospectus stages of development. Working globally across all market sectors, Kristina will assist in portfolio restructuring, development, procurement strategies, and property repositioning activities to collaborate on structuring a capital stack and financing strategy. For clients, this will better mirror and reflect the execution, de-risking project execution, and planning for operating expenditures over the long term. The goal is to streamline a project initiative, match financial decisions with a more comprehensive view of the execution to achieve design excellence and portfolio value.

Kristina’s 30-year career spans regional, national, and international projects, with a strong focus on management and financing. She has executed and developed programs in over 23 countries in the last 15 years alone. Notable examples of Kristina’s contributions include the Calgary Courts and Government Center, Abu Dhabi Investment House, Petroleum Development Oman, and Ras Al Hamrah projects. Based in San Francisco, Kristina is a board and executive committee member of the Real Estate and Construction Industry for City of Hope and advisory board member for several international finance houses.
