With international experience spanning Hong Kong; Shanghai, China; Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; London; Tokyo; and Los Angeles, Fung has spent his career translating complex ideas into spatial solutions that connect people, place, and culture. That range gives him a firsthand view of how workplace environments can reflect the distinct identities of the organizations that occupy them.

As workplace design leader, Fung will guide design vision and concept development, lead client presentations and workshops, mentor emerging designers, and build multidisciplinary teams tailored to the needs of each project. His approach brings together research, observation, technology, and hands-on design to develop workplaces that are purposeful, experiential, and rooted in the people they serve.

“I’m drawn to finding the idea that animates a project, uncovering the idea that gives true purpose to the design,” said Fung. “I want our teams to question and reshape how our industry thinks about workplace design. How we lead it, how we teach it, how we use technology, how we create places that matter.”
