Peter Rutti is DLR Group’s chief design officer and a member of the firm’s executive leadership team and board of directors. With a relentless focus on design excellence, he guides the firm in fulfilling its promise to elevate the human experience through design. He leads DLR Group’s integrated design practice and is deeply committed to fulfilling the firm’s climate and environment commitments through innovative, functional, and beautiful design. Peter is a passionate advocate for employee-ownership and the growth of design professionals. For more than 20 years, he has served as a guest juror at leading design schools across the West Coast and Southwest and has also contributed as a faculty associate in the Design School at Arizona State University. His recent projects include SAFE Credit Union Performing Arts Center, Heard Museum Renovations, Shenzhen Opera House SD Competition, and the University of Nevada - Reno, University Arts Building.

Regina leads our Tuscon office, overseeing operations and culture. She is focused on K-12 education architecture, with projects across Arizona for districts including Glendale, Marana, Tempe, Tucson, and more.

Jacob is an associate and architect at DLR Group in our Tucson studio. His understanding of public facilities and practical solutions guides his project management of Justice+Civic projects.
