Strategic security design provides a sense of safety without fortressing. The campus design unifies a potentially fragmented program through an elegant two-part massing gesture: a continuous dark brick base links the diverse program through uniform height and materiality, while dynamic bright white metal “highlights” accent key operational and social spaces in the project.
