Located in Goodyear, Arizona, Sub-Zero Group set out to build a facility that reflects their brand at every scale, shaping the industrial workspace into something that feels as considered as the products made inside it. Our design unifies 600,000 SF of high-performance production and storage including a two-story, 43,000-SF office and laboratory environment, delivering a brand-forward campus for Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove.

The design moves beyond typical industrial aesthetics, introducing rhythm and depth through carefully placed windows, storefront glazing, and sun-shading devices. Large panels of louver fins mark the main administrative entrance, providing critical shade in the Arizona climate and referencing the iconic metal grillwork of Sub-Zero appliances.

A two-story lobby wrapped in warm wood slats creates an immediate sense of welcome. Offices and labs replace utilitarian finishes with wood textures, soft blues, and layered materials. Conference rooms draw inspiration from residential interiors, reinforcing the brand’s connection to the home.
