Nestled in Emaar’s The Meadows community, this mall emerges as a dynamic and iconic center for entertainment, fashion, and culture.

The project’s scope involved the creation of approximately 82,000 SF of new retail space integrated into Dubai’s affluent residential development. Our design thoughtfully embraces the local architectural style, harmonizing the community mall seamlessly with its neighborhood.

The Meadows Village features a hypermarket, a healthcare clinic, a fitness facility, and lakeside restaurants.

The design meticulously examined street layouts, shopfront aesthetics, and natural lighting, creating an irresistible ambiance.
