DLR Group Welcomes Patrick Dugan as New Federal Client Leader
(WASHINGTON, D.C., January 22, 2024) – DLR Group is pleased to announce the addition of Patrick Dugan as a new Federal Client Leader, focusing on military clients. As a Principal, Dugan will work closely with Federal agency clients to continue to elevate the design of Federal facilities.
Dugan has over 30 years of experience in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction industry. His approach to client leadership is well-grounded in engineering and project management, and he has extensive experience working with State and Federal government agencies, including as a Senior Engineer, advising the U.S. Navy on ports and an experimental desalinization buoy for the Vandenburg Space Force Base.
Prior to joining DLR Group, Dugan served as the Chief of the U.S. Coast Guard Office of Civil Engineering, where he directed all aspects of the Coast Guard’s 600+ person Civil Engineering workforce. He also led the Coast Guard’s Real Property Management program, overseeing all real property investments and divestitures. Dugan has executed $2B in military construction projects and is a certified Professional Engineer and Project Management Professional, as well as a Department of Homeland Security Program/Project Manager Level III.
