In addition to honoring rising talent, the annual initiative provides early-career designers a platform for professional growth.

The DLR Group honorees joined others in the 30/30 cohort at Interior Design’s three-day 30/30 National Conference at THE MART in Chicago. The event provided young designers with the opportunity to further build their design careers by connecting with design experts, top manufacturers, and peers.
