Steve is a key member of our design leadership team. He leads design in Chicago and Minneapolis and is our firm’s high-rise and tower expert, specializing in workplace and hospitality design. His passion for design is contagious, and he mentors architects and project teams to push design while being cognizant of cost and schedule to meet the project goals of the client.

Leanne serves as a K-12 Education Leader in our Chicago office. She serves clients as project leader and project manager to create the best possible learning opportunities. She leads client engagement, master planning efforts, and design teams in both new construction and renovation projects.

Jonathan leads integrated teams to design and deliver mission critical facilities in which operations is essential to be maintained for clients throughout the country. He ensures our designs are flexible, maintainable, and optimized with redundancy for resilient systems that maximize uptime.
