Bob leads firm operations, client services, and staff development in our Colorado Springs, Denver, Las Vegas, Phoenix, and Tucson offices. Under his leadership, designers deliver innovative projects like the T3 Rino mass timber office building; Cherry Creek Innovation Academy; net-zero campuses for West MEC; and the award-winning Pima Community College CTE building.

Jessie leads the global architecture discipline at DLR Group, collaborating with fellow discipline leaders to consistently deliver integrated design excellence across every project. She guides a team of more than 850 architects and ensures each has access to ongoing skills development, tools, and technology needed to innovate and lead within the design industry.

Benjamin is an architect who focuses primarily on education facility design from our firm’s Denver studio. He believes that great architecture connects to its environment and supports the users and visitors of the space. He applied this design thinking to the new Arapahoe Community College Castle Rock Collaboration Campus, a project that brings together educational, business, and community elements to enable delivery of higher education, career/technical training, and workforce training in Castle Rock, Colorado.

​​​Mayraj leads the Denver K-12 education team, bringing 25 years of experience managing innovative learning projects. His work with districts including Adams 12, Aurora, Boulder Valley, Cherry Creek, Denver Public, Douglas, Jefferson, St. Vrain, Thompson, Weld County and more has been recognized with awards from A4LE, IIDA, and other industry organizations. ​​
